Manufacturer Provided Description
Versatile, durable, and designed for the adventurous. Designed with the aquatic adventurer in mind, the Alumina sport console RIB is the most complete aluminum console boat on the market. Its high-quality aluminum hulls make it durable enough to withstand all sorts of terrain, allowing you to confidently make your way through coral reefs, rivers and lakes in style and comfort. Despite its strength and durability, the Alumina sport console line is also lightweight. This means easier launching and lifting onto davits, platforms, or simply up to the beach for a day of relaxing. This also means greater speed, less required horsepower and improved fuel economy. Thoughtfully designed to be a multipurpose boat, the Alumina offers both ample storage compartments and a spacious deck layout. Features include as standard a steering system, bilge pump, bow locker, fitted portable fuel tank, LED navigation lights, all around lights and cleats. In addition to that, all the electrical and rigging installations are done in-house. Our chrome-free Pretreatment and Powder Coating Technology offers a superior coating adherence. The Alumina also can be requested uncoated, which means less maintenance when it is frequently used on areas with underwater obstructions. These include lifting and towing eyes vertically positioned to avoid these from bending, reinforced transom knees and a large, squared aluminum engine rest support. Nine models available from 9.5 to 18 feet.

After college Scott joined the Living Classroom Foundation in Baltimore originally as a volunteer and then as an employee where he taught sailing to inner city youth, assisted with their boat building program and met his wife of 22 years, Alex.
Returning to Maine in 1998, Scott started his professional career in the yachting industry by taking a job with Sun Yachts in Camden, Maine as a Sales Agent. From Camden, Maine Scott worked his way up through the ranks as he moved to Portland, Maine as the Crewed Yacht Supervisor for Stardust. Then on to Tortola in the British Virgin Islands for 7 Years as the Caribbean Yacht Sales Manager for Sunsail. He then moved to Ft Lauderdale, Florida to take on the position of Global Sales Manager for Leopard Catamarans for 7 years. In 2014 Scott returned home again with his family and joined East Coast Yacht Sales taking over the Camden Office and then opening a second office in Belfast, ME.
